At Alpha House, we provide specialist referral services for dentists.
You can be assured that patients will only be offered treatment for which they have been specifically referred and on completion of treatment, your patients will be returned to your care.
To refer a patient to one of our specialists, simply select the service you require and complete and submit a referral form online or download the pdf form. After reviewing your referral, we will contact the patient to introduce ourselves and book them in. You will be kept fully updated on progress throughout.
Self Referral
It is also possible for patients to make a self-referral to one of our Specialists or Hygienists. Please speak to one of our reception staff for further information.
