CHRISTINA CAMPBELL
RDH Edin 1974
Dental Hygienist, GDC No. 1154
During the final year of a multi-lingual business course in Edinburgh, Christina attended the Dental Hospital so frequently for appointments that she eventually ended up enrolling there as a student. In 1974 she qualified as a hygienist and worked for many years with specialist periodontists in and around London Harley Street, before seeking the fresher air of Kent and moving her work base closer to home.
Christina has a particular interest in helping patients take ownership of their dental issues, especially those who are a bit nervous and her good humour and ‘lightness of touch’ are well appreciated by her patients.
In her free time you will find Christina working in her seasonal locally grown cut flower business, doing DIY or walking her rescue dogs on the Crundale Downs.
Before I came here I hadn't been to a dentist for nearly 30 years. It was only when my gums became sore and I kept having dreams that my teeth were about to fall out, that I finally decided I really needed to do something.
Mr Hussain completed a thorough examination, in which he took the time to really listen to me, without being at all judgemental. The treatment and recommendations that he made have completely changed how I feel about my teeth, and I am truly grateful to him and his team. If anyone is looking for a new dentist, where you are really treated as an individual, and will receive excellent care and treatment, I would certainly recommend this surgery.
